ZigZag is looking for an HR Associate/People and Culture Admin to join our team!

*Working schedule is Mon to Fri, 7am to 4pm

*Work location is in Ortigas, Pasig.

The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting P&C operations and enhancing employee experience. This position ensures smooth delivery of administrative P&C services across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance, and offboarding, while enabling a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Prepare and process letters, memorandums, and other HR documentation.
  • Manage employee check-ins and welfare checks
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including offboarding discussions and exit documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance logs and attendance reporting

2. Communication Support

  • Address staff HR queries via ticketing systems, email, or phone, and escalate complex issues to P&C Partners
  • Produce HR reports and ensure data compliance with employment regulations

3. Performance & Engagement Coordination

  • Help manage performance review schedules, and documentation
  • Assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives, supporting surveys and team events.

4. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Daily Core Team Attendance Tracking
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and cross-department support.
  • Prepares accurate redundancy pay computation
  • Organizes and coordinates board resolutions documentation requests
  • Submits DOLE establishment reports on time
  • Coordinates with BIR for tax certifications, submission of requirements, and issuance
  • Prepares and submits accurate operational and client reports on time
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years in HR administration
  • HRIS tools proficiency (e.g., Zoho People)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic labor law and HR compliance
  • Familiarity with performance management processes
  • Event coordination, engagement programs
