Zigzag is looking for a Sales Administration Support to join our team!
About the role
The Sales Administration Support is a junior support-level role situated within the Sales Team.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team to process purchase orders, and ad hoc support with data entry in their administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising linesheets for new and adhoc ranges and inputting all data into Indigo 8 with the approval from the Sales and Brand Director.
Receive from Sales Team and raise Wholesale and Retail POs/SOs with internal teams and external teams. Assisting the sales team by processing sales orders in our ERP system, and sending to production departments, following sales orders through until delivery meeting delivery windows.
Work with the AR team on sales order returns, credits, and markdown assistance.
Work with the Logistics team on packing lists and deliveries and liaising with Sales Team on any delays, updating tracking information to Indigo8 or our portals.
Administrative assistance and overall back office support for any team’s range worksheets sheet, data entry, updating inventory levels as required, sharing with the relevant teams and adding relevant information like recuts to the reorder tab as required.
Other Ongoing Responsibilities:
Sales Administration (Wholesale and Retail)
Administrative support on any buying and planning worksheets and google sheets for the sales team.
Creating linesheets for ranges and inputting all data into Indigo 8 with the approval from the Sales and Brand Director.
Inputting Wholesale and Retail data into our client's portal Indigo 8 daily or weekly as required.
Adding style data along with imagery for visibility within the Sales team. Ensuring all information added is accurate and well maintained through all reports.
Maintenance and updating daily or weekly as required for the Style info in the Business Dropbox account. Adding style codes to all imagery and cross checking with the range sheet to ensure accuracy.
Generating live inventory lists, updating the Range sheet for greater team visibility and creating ideas to clear excess stock for the purpose of direct sales and generating team revenue. Approved by the Sales and Brand Director.
Assisting Sales & Brand Director and management teams when needed for any general ad hoc admin tasks as required.
