Zigzag is looking for a Programmatic Manager/Ad Ops Manager to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Programmatic Manager/Technical Account (TAM) to support our growing portfolio of business partners. As a Programmatic Manager/TAM, you will serve as a technical expert, problem solver, and trusted partner, ensuring that clients unlock the full value of our behavioural intelligence and media activation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical point of contact for agency and brand clients using our platform for insight, audience planning, and activation. 
  • Support campaign execution across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and major SSPs, including OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc. 
  • Set up and manage PMP deals, troubleshoot deal delivery issues, and ensure campaign pipelines run smoothly. 
  • Resolve tagging, pixel, and ad serving issues with a strong grasp of tracking technologies and third-party measurement. 
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface client feedback and advocate for roadmap improvements. 
  • Conduct technical onboarding and provide training to client teams to ensure platform adoption and success. 
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational SOPs for client integrations and platform usage. 
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support to troubleshoot trading, measurement, or reporting-related issues.
     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or technical account management. 
  • In-depth knowledge of demand-side platforms (especially DV360 and The Trade Desk) and supply-side platforms (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of programmatic infrastructure, deal types (PMP, PG, Open Exchange), pixels, tags, and campaign performance metrics. 
  • Experience with tag managers, tracking scripts, VAST tags, and troubleshooting delivery issues across various environments. 
  • Ability to interpret data and resolve campaign delivery and platform performance issues quickly and effectively. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.
