ZigZag is looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead to join our team!

As the Communications and Engagement Lead you will be responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy, able to engage, align and inspire employees with the company's vision and business strategy. The role encompasses key aspects of how the Company connects and relates to current and prospective employees. The role partners closely with the Leadership Team and HR Leaders to shape, drive and deliver culture, engagement, and internal communications


RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets
    • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless event
    • execution
    • Overseeing event logistics such as venue selection, transportation, etc.
    • Designing and implementing employee recognition programs
    • Tracking event metrics and analyzing their impact on the organization
    • Collaborating with marketing team to promote events and recognition initiatives
    • Manage event budgets and ensuring that expenses stay within allocated amounts
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovative event practices to
    • continually improve events and recognition programs.
       
  • Communications and Employer Branding
     
    • Determines communications strategy and executes programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization inclusive of delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.
    • Develop internal publications such as monthly newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, online, intranet, video, special projects, and assignments.
    • Drive and maintain internal communication systems that will continually embed the culture and values to influence the behavior of colleagues.
    • Drive the development and implementation of people recognition initiatives that are valued across the organization at all levels and ongoing ownership.
    • Support the HR function to develop regular engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization.
    • To ensure that our internal intranet reflects our employer brand, and culture and continues to be a relevant and useful platform for employees
    • Conduct new hire orientations
    • Oversee ad-hoc projects that further enhance the employee and customer/shareholder experience.
       
  • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Coaching senior leaders on D&I best practices and interfacing with HR and management teams to help foster a company climate that respects and values diversity, inclusion, and belonging among employees to build engagement and continually develop our culture.
    • Develop capability-building for employees on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences and how it assists in meeting company business plans.
    • Develop employee events and networks (both internal and external) that offer the opportunity to enhance personal development, and that contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
    • In partnership with People and Culture Success Manager, help to build, coordinate and oversee our diversity network(s), managing memberships, driving forward core focus areas.

  • This is a full-time onsite in Ortigas from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm Manila Time.
