ZigZag is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team! 

About the Role: 
This position is responsible for assisting with software installation and troubleshooting, hardware deployment and troubleshooting, resolving daily computer support requests for users and monitoring the helpdesk phone line to assist with user calls.


Responsibilities: 
  • Hardware replacement and repairs
  • Hardware deployment
  • Software installation, troubleshooting and configuration
  • Monitor the help desk line for calls
  • Incident resolution for day-to-day support
  • User support in Active Directory and OIffice365
  • Manage user security in adherence to CenterLine policies
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Requirements: 
  • A basic understanding of networking, NTFS permissions and ACLs, computer hardware and Windows administration
  • Windows Server environment with Active Directory an asset
  • Office365 Administration
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience an asset
  • PowerShell/batch file scripting an asset
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Written and oral communication
