ZigZag is looking for a Broker Support Officer to join our team!

Our client is an Australian-based finance brokerage that helps businesses secure funding for cash flow, growth, and equipment. We are a relationship-driven business focused on trust, speed, and delivering a high-quality client experience. We are looking to build a reliable offshore support team to assist our brokers and improve operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Broker Support Officer will support brokers with day-to-day operations, primarily focusing on client follow-ups, document collection, CRM management, loan application support and any ad hoc administrative tasks for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Follow-Up
Call, SMS, and email clients to request outstanding documents
Maintain a professional and friendly tone aligned with our brand
Escalate unresponsive or complex cases to brokers
Document Collection & File Preparation
Collect and organise required documents
Send document collection links and privacy consent forms
Check documents for completeness before submission
CRM & Pipeline Management
Update CRM with accurate notes, file status, and client interactions
Track each deal from enquiry through to submission
Ensure no leads or applications are left unattended
Settling deals in the system once finalised
Loan Application Support
Assist brokers in preparing and submitting applications to lenders
Upload documents to CRM and lender portals
Liaise with lenders for updates when required
Monitor application progress and flag delays
General Administrative Support
Maintain organised digital files
Assist in improving internal processes and workflows
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Systems & Tools (Preferred Experience)
Microsoft Office Suite
Essential
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and process-driven
Experience with working across multiple systems
Proactive with follow-ups and task management
Preferred
Experience working in asset/mortgage broking, finance, or banking
Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients
Understanding of loan documentation (highly regarded)
