Talent Acquisition Partner (4-month Project) | Dayshift | Hybrid
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions—from junior to senior, technical and non-technical, and hard-to-fill roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management, a data-driven mindset, and consistent adherence to recruitment processes to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. Additionally, this role contributes to revenue goals, agile team performance, and broader company initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to meet time-to-fill, conversion, and offer acceptance targets.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all personnel requisitions.
- Candidate Assessment & Engagement
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and motivation.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely updates.
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and insights to support hiring manager decisions
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups to support end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and market dynamics.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a high level of service.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and structured process management.
- ATS Management & Data Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS, ensuring data quality and compliance with recruitment workflows.
- Generate and manage recruitment reports, dashboards, and requisition logs to support decision-making.
- Adhere to data protection, compliance, and audit standards in all sourcing activities.
- Generate reports as needed for pipeline tracking and KPI measurement.
COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and employer branding is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and data-driven environment.
