ZigZag is looking for Junior to Mid Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team! 


*You must be willing to work on a hybrid setup: 4x onsite in Makati, 1 day work from home 
*This is a full-time employment: with gov't-mandated benefits + paid leaves + 13th Month + Christmas Bonus
*Salary up to Php55k! 



We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online advertising campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads. This role focuses on driving traffic and conversions through website and social media platforms, closely monitoring the return on marketing investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns across social media and website channels.
  • Optimise campaigns to maximise lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including cost per lead, lead-to-customer conversion rates, and value of closed deals.
  • Report on marketing spend effectiveness, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead quality and feedback loops for campaign improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilise analytics tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements / Skills
Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Strong experience in Lead Generation (primary KPI of the role)
  • Hands-on experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads / Social Media Ads)
  • Ability to create and optimize landing pages
  • Basic website editing skills
  • Strong reporting skills with performance analysis and recommendations
  • Self-driven and proactive (A-team mentality)

Experience Level
  • Mid-level to Specialist level
  • Preferably 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record in driving measurable leads and conversions

Tools / Platforms
  • SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM tools)
  • Paid Ads platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • CRM experience (Company uses COPPA – easy to learn)
  • Basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)

Additional Technical Expectations
  • Ability to create marketing graphics (e.g., edit house/solar images with promotional overlays)
  • Ability to create short marketing videos
  • Experience in preparing performance reports with actionable insights
