We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Officer to take full ownership of sourcing Creators, negotiation, and relationship management to secure Creators for campaigns across our US and UK region. This dynamic, fast-paced role sits at the heart of our Creator Marketing team. You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing end-to-end negotiations, supporting internal teams with strategic insights, and ensuring you can secure Creator partnerships for every campaign efficiently and effectively.

You’ll be a critical bridge between Creators, customers, and internal teams—acting as a creative problem-solver, deal-maker, and brand advocate all at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creator Sourcing & Vetting: Work with our in-house tools and team to source and vet highly relevant creators for each campaign, supplementing data-driven discovery with manual searches across social platforms to identify emerging talent. Ensure all selections align strictly with campaign goals, brand guidelines, brand safety, and audience fit.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Sales, Account Manager, and Campaign Manager teams to assess creator budgets and advise on pricing structures that align with commercial benchmarks.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Own creator outreach and negotiations, securing optimal pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Build trust and long-term relationships with creators and their talent managers.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize creator contracts, ensuring terms are clear, legally sound, and aligned with the campaign expectations. Maintain a clean and organized contracting process.
  • Campaign & Communication Oversight: Maintain constant communication with creators and internal teams throughout the preparation and execution of the campaign. Anticipate issues, flag concerns early, and act decisively to keep everything on track.
  • Creator Expertise: Stay on top of trends in the influencer and social media landscape. Know what makes creators tick and use this insight to enhance our sourcing, communication, and negotiation strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work cross-functionally to provide insights on creator performance, pricing benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and talent feedback. Be a team player who elevates everyone around you.

Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of experience in Creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar role.
  • Must have experience sourcing and managing influencers from the global market (either the US, UK, AU, etc.)
  • Able to intuitively identify how creators align with a brand's aesthetics, values, and audience.
  • A deep understanding of the Creator Economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). A genuine obsession with creator culture, staying ahead of viral trends, emerging talent, and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Proven experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing creators and their teams.
  • Strong understanding and intuition of Creator rates, campaign deliverables, and content licensing/usage terms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns and personalities at any given time.
  • Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal—with strong negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Naturally proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused.
  • A passion for Creators, culture, and building strong long-term relationships.
