ZigZag is looking for a Country Director to join our team! 

About the Role
The Country Director is accountable for leading CenterLine’s in‑country operations as an integrated extension of the business and the team. This role owns operating performance, talent, and execution, ensuring the country organization delivers on cost, quality, delivery, and scalability objectives while operating to our standards.

The Country Director builds and sustains a high‑performing, team‑oriented organization and ensures the operation strengthens the CenterLine brand, protects core capabilities, and supports long‑term global growth.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the organization with a team‑first, low‑ego, accountability‑driven culture consistent with the team values.
  • Provide leadership and support to employees to ensure operational and strategic annual objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with operational managers at CenterLine Windsor to ensure integrated execution and enterprise success.
  • Deliver agreed cost, quality, delivery, and productivity targets
  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan and meet financial outcomes
  • Build the team using attitude-first hiring criteria; develop working leaders, not bureaucratic managers and establish succession depth for all critical roles
  • Build systems, processes, and leadership depth. Reduce reliance on Windsor over time without breaking integration.
  • Ensure the operation can scale without degrading performance or creating dependency
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and safety regulations, corporate governance and controls, IP protection and data security requirements.

Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated experience with complex engineered‑to‑order systems.
  • Experience working with international affiliates, global operations, or in an international leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering/design operations, project execution, and operational systems.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within diverse cultural and organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capability in complex settings.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and process‑focused mindset
