About the Role


As Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial support to their Partnerships team. Your role is vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations. They are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities


Coordinator Support:

  • Ensure their Partnerships Department is supported in executing the activities required to administrate proposals, tender opportunities, resourcing, quoting, build new business, and manage the day to day operational administration tasks
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Manage emails and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
     

Calendar Management:

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for team members
  • Ensure efficient time management by organising and managing calendars
  • Send reminders and confirmations for appointments and meetings.
     

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with data entry and document management.
     

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support various projects and initiatives.
     

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Energetic with a purposeful mindset
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other relevant administrative support roles
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Must be capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • An initiative-taking approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
