Job Description:

Responsibilities
 

  • Assist customers to resolve pre/post purchase problems
  • Ability to use multiple channels (e.g. email, inbound and outbound phone, live chat and social media)
  • Manage and resolve issues effectively to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
  • Review and respond to complaints and disputes in a timely manner, ensuring empathyand professionalism on all interactions
  • Document and classify customer interactions accurately to help identify trends
  • Share pain points and emerging issues promptly with stakeholders
  • Develop in-depth knowledge on product features, local regulation and financial processes and policies

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in any field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • C1 Language Proficiency in Voice and Writing
  • Sales Skills with upsell and cross-selling experience
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule including public holidays
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs
  • Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizingwith customers, plus strong phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
  • Able to work with multiple systems and flexible to learn and adapt to new ones
  • Able to work in fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
  • This is a shifting working day schedule: different working days from Monday-Sunday but fixed dayshift
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
