Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Advice Team, working within the Financial Planning Administration & Paraplanning Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM projects to ensure timely completion of all activities.
- Accurately enter client and policy data into the system.
- Record notes and updates in CRM promptly and accurately.
- Conduct policy calls, request insurance quotes, complete policy research and update paraplanning and client files.
- Ensure policy call preparation meets business expectations with respect to time and quality.
- Prepare annual review packages, including file setup and system updates.
- Follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of paraplanning systems and tools or a willingness to learn.
- Ensure clear communication with third parties to ensure the accuracy of data collected and the timely turnaround of all associated tasks.
- Provide adhoc administrative support that may include reporting, presentation creation and general duties.
About You
- At least 1 year financial planning industry experience
- At least 2 year customers service experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry and XPlan, IFF, FIN365 and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with financial services or paraplanning tools is a plus.
